Estos son los molletes. 500 gr de harina (300 normal y 200 recia), 300 gr. agua, 25 gr. aceite y 2 cucharaditas de sal. Amasado. Una hora de reposo. Desgasicar. Formado y reposo y horno a 200º durante 20 minutos.
On Saturday I baked more bread. My father prefers bread made with yeast instead of sourdough but for that I need to bake and take the bread to them in the same day because the bread made with yeast is much better the same day it is baked.
